Wookiemon
Wookiemon (JP: デーもん) are runeborn monsters introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?.
Wookiemon are spawned from Wookiemon Runes and feed on Spirits, Liliths, Lizardmen, and items such as Corpses and Dragon Orbs. When well-fed, they will fall asleep until they're hungry again. They are also aggressive towards other members of the Demon family and will fight to the death. Wookiemon will boost the Defence of all monsters in the dungeon by 3%. If purified with holy water, a Wookiemon will become a Harmunculus.
In Yu-Nama: The Puzzle, the Wookiemon is an azure block and thus only obtainable through evolution. It is featured on Stages 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, and 10.
In No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!, the Wookiemon is made a 1☆ monster that can be upgraded into a Clean Wookiemon.
In No Heroes Allowed! VR
Wookiemon are spawned from Wookiemon Circles and feed on Spirits, Liliths, and Lizardmen. They can launch and attack called a "Sleep Sphere" that knocks out heroes when it connects. When well-fed, they will sleep until they're hungry again.

Hairy robots from the future? No, they're just lesser demons who emerge from runes and eat spirits and Skelemen. They never reproduce, and are pretty weak, but they fortify all monsters in the dungeon, so you should keep them safely in the back.

Allow some soil in a shallow dungeon to develop to Level 3, then dig away all around it and destroy the rune that appears to open a doorway to the dimension where the Wookiemon lives. Knock on it, and this big, jolly, red fellow will appear and wander around sleepily. His presence alone is enough to raise all monsters' physical defence, so even asleep, he's still useful. He mostly eats elementals, but will snack on Liliths and Lizardmen if he gets hungry.
