An Idle Rune is a conduit to summon an Idle Wookiemon, introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?. It's created when a Level 3 Nutrient Block reaches 30 nutrients, is dug around, and then broken. It can become a Diabro Rune if 17+ mana is reached through Spirit absorption. It was superseded by the Idle-Wook Circle in No Heroes Allowed! VR.

Remember what I said earlier? Well, even though these runes lose mana when heroes step on them, the heroes lose way more MP, so they're great for dealing with those sorcerer-type heroes.
