The Diabro Rune is a conduit to summon a Diabro, introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?. It's created by either digging around a Level 3 Mana Block and then breaking it or filling a Wookiemon Rune or Idle Rune with Spirits until they reach 17+ mana. With 30+ mana, a Brahzuzu Rune can be made instead. It was superseded by the Diabro Circle in No Heroes Allowed! VR.
