Slimemoss
Slimemosses (JP: ニジリゴケ) are the Level 1 Basic Breed of the Moss family, introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?.
They walk in one direction, until they hit a wall, wherein they will move left or right at random. They're producers on the food chain and are a staple of the early-game in the Badman series. They can be upgraded into American Slimemosses with Dig Power.
Slimemosses gather nutrients from soil and gain vitality. They then distribute the nutrients out to a block they pass by. When they lose all their vitality in any way, they either release nutrients to all soil around them automatically, or, given enough nutrients, grow into Slimebuds. These buds will suck in nutrients from a 1-space square. Given enough nutrients, they will then become Slimeblossoms and suck in nutrients from a 2-space square instead. If buds or blossoms aren't killed or eaten and instead die naturally, they will release multiple Slimemosses, depending on the nutrient count.
In Yu-Nama: The Puzzle, the Slimemoss is featured on Stages 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, and 10.
In No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!, the Slimemoss is made a 1☆ monster, available at the start of the game. If levelled up to max, it will become a Slimeblossom capable of being upgraded into an American Slimemoss, Paraslimemoss, Jumbomoss, or Sticky Amoeba.
In No Heroes Allowed! VR
In No Heroes Allowed! VR, Slimemosss spawn from Slimemoss Nests and feed on Fiend Dew. They reproduce rapidly and are fed on by monsters like Omnoms and Gargoyles. They can either merge into Jumbomosses or mature into Slimeshrooms. They can be upgraded into WRPG Slimemosses with Upgrade Points.
In-Game Description
What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?
- Taxonomy: Algae: moss
- Academic Name: Niriamo Kochenko
- Nickname(s): Slimey, Gruey
A popular type of plant that is overrunning the Netherworld. They play an important role in supplying nutrients for the food chain, though their efficiency depends on the structure of the dungeon. They survive by sucking nutrients from the ground and from necrosynthesis. They use their roots more for running away than for nutrient intake, so many people mistakenly believe they suffer from eating disorders..

- Food: Nutrients
- Predators: Omnoms
The most common plant in the Netherworld. They play a important role in supplying nutrients for the food chain. Their linear migration has been the subject of research for many Netherworld scholars, as has their increased rate of nutrient accumulation. When they make buds, they can inhale nutrients from the ground around it within a range of 2 defeet (1 defeet is equal to 6.66 ft).

- Diet: Soil-Based Nutrients
- Predators: Insects
The Major primary consumers of the Underworld. Low in intelligence, they move until they bump into a wall. Their battle skills are extremely low. Known as the "nutrient delivery boys of the dungeon", all subterranean life is dependent on them. There is a saying that "he who mastereth the moss mastereth the dungeon", and managing how these creatures distribute nutrients is what separates the Gods of Destruction from the Gods of Accidental Breakage.

Slimemosses sit proudly at the bottom of the food chain, with their mascot-like charm as their only redeeming feature. A talented God of Destruction should be more than able to guide them, but don't expect too much from them.
