Slimmando Moss
Slimmando Mosses (JP: ニジリゴケコマンド), once known as Slimemando Mosses, are Level 4 Basic Breed of the Moss family, introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?. They're metallic grey, move very fast, and have drastically higher defensive stats compared to its predecessors.
Unlike previous monsters of its lineage, Slimmando Mosses have trouble growing into flowers and don't produce many Slimemosses. They grow into Slimemando Buds and these in to Slimemando Flowers. Because of their far higher defensive stats compared to their predecessors, a swarm of Slimmando Mosses is very capable of overwhelming a hero, forming the backbone of the Moss Hell strategy.
In No Heroes Allowed!, they can mutate into one of the breeds of the Captain Slimemoss.
In No Heroes Allowed! VR
In No Heroes Allowed! VR, Slimmando Mosses spawn from Slimmando Nests and feed on Fiend Dew. They reproduce rapidly and are fed on by monsters like Omnoms and Gargoyles. They can either merge into Giant Slimmandos or mature into Shroomandos. They can be upgraded into Captain Slimemosses with Upgrade Points.

The result of a Slimemoss Bio-weapons program, you don't want to meet these Slimemosses in a dark alley, of anywhere else on the planet. You need to have total tactical control of the battlefield to make full use of them, so they are rarely used. Oh, and never kidnap their daughters to blackmail them into carrying out political assassinations.

The result of a top-secret genetic experiment. Strongest of all mosses, they regularly triumph in the Slimemoss category of the Underworld's Strongest Man competition, held every year on the 7th of May (tickets now on sale through the usual outlets). The festive air of last year's event was dampened somewhat when the winning Slimemando was unceremoniously devoured by the best in Class award winner in the Omnom Category.

Etymology
The name "Slimmando" is a portmanteau of "Slime" and "Commando", the latter being a military term that refers to a group of soldiers trained for small but destructive raids against encampments. It can also refer to the Boer Commandos of the South African Republic in the 1850s until the 1900s; they were a guerrilla militia that fought against colonisers.
