Rainbow Fungus
Rainbow Fungus (JP: キノコレインボー) is an item introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!? 2.
In the mainline series, Rainbow Fungus appears when excess nutrients and mana appears around the dungeon. They are worth 5 nutrients and mana, which can be consumed by any monster. However, when consumed, there is a small chance the monster will instantly perish. They can be poked with the God of Destruction's pickaxe to distribute the nutrients and mana inside.
No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!
The Rainbow Fungus acts as Loot in No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!, being used in mutation for upgrading monsters. It's worth the most experience points in the game, being worth 1800 and levelling up most monsters to their maximum on its own. They can be obtained via Treasure Chests in the Mine.

A mushroom that thrives on nutrients and mana scattered in the air. Slimemosses take nutrients and Spirits take mana from these mushrooms and carry them off. Also, other monsters can feed on them. If the God of Destruction pokes it, it will be destroyed and its nutrients and mana will be scattered onto the blocks around it.
