Omnomnom Fly
Omnomnom Flies (JP: デスフライ), named Omnomnom Beetles in earlier games, are the adult form of the Omnomnoms, hatched from Omnomnompupae. They are far faster and more aggressive than the Omnom Flies. They are red and purple flies with yellow inner-wings.
In What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!? until No Heroes Allowed!, if they defeat a hero, they will take in their mana, and absorbing 36 (24 in the first game) will let them spawn Herculomnoms.

- Top speed: 165 ft/min
Once found only in South America, they were imported to help control the pet population (this was before popular morning gameshow host advocates). Professor Omnom considered adding another "nom" to the end of its name, but he finally decided that was just overkill.

The fly version of the Omnomnom. They are native to a Southern island, but one day they were introduced to moss cleaners, and thus spread all over the Netherworld. Due to the trendiness of growing Bug-Eating Flowers, they are now endangered.

These aren't just posers trying to one-up the Omnom Flies with a slightly longer name: their attack power and fertility are high enough that they can really give heroes a run for their money. Care must be taken not to let their numbers grow out of control though, as they will scoff up all the Slimemosses and derail your dungeon in a matter of moments.
