Hurtle
Hurtles (JP: アーケロン) are the base form of the Hurtle family, a group of aquatic monsters introduced in No Heroes Allowed!.
In No Heroes Allowed!
Hurtles are born from Level 2 Water Lily Buds, sometimes automatically. Hurtles will throw hammers from afar to attack, but retreat into their shells if heroes get close. They excel in long corridors where their brethren can attack from behind the defending Hurtle. They feed on Aquachnid family members. They can also be evolved into Heavyweight Hurtles if upgraded with Dig Power. If the Hurtle dies of starvation, it will leave a Hurtle Shell behind, which Lilith family members will use as a physical attack to throw at heroes if dungeon IQ is at Mid-High or more.

Etymology
Hurtle is a portmanteau of "hurt" and "turtle".
The Japanese name for Hurtles, アーケロン Ākeron, translates to "Archelon", an extinct genus of turtle from the Cretaceous period. It contains a single member, Archelon ischyros.
