Flux Incapacitator

The Flux Incapacitator (JP: まきもどし時計) is an Underhand Item featured in No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!. It sends heroes back to the beginning of the dungeon once per round, greatly extending the period of time in which a hero can be defeated. They are covered in Lesson 6 of the Tutorial as part of the Underhand Item explanation. By nature, the Flux Incapacitator works best when Badman's army simply isn't dealing enough damage to win. Flux Incapacitators can be obtained with in-game purchases for 4,000 Potency or through Treasure Chests in the Mine.

Etymology

The name "Flux Incapacitator" is a reference to Back to the Future's Flux Capacitator. It's a key part of Dr. Emmett Brown's time machine and is described to be what makes time travel possible. The Flux Incapacitator itself bears little resemblance to its namesake, however.
