Bases are a part of the terrain in No Heroes Allowed! VR and a central gameplay feature.

Bases are, as the name suggests, a base for a hero's operations, spawning them as time goes on; this is somewhat in contract to nests and Fiend Trees for Badman's army. They each have their own HP values and can be destroyed by monsters; to this end, they can be targeted by Demonic Charges. Once destroyed, a base will be reconstructed into an equivalent for Badman's army, expanding his territory and giving more opportunities to place nests. However, this claim isn't permanent: Bases can be destroyed by heroes and turned back if it isn't adequately defended. Bases on maps often have unique names that add character to the areas being conquered, often following specific themes, such as Pokemon theming in Gotta Crush 'Em All.

Controlling bases is central to winning in Conquests. By controlling them, less heroes can spawn, and the God of Destruction gains new places to place nests, allowing the conquest to snowball in the player's favour. For example, by claiming bases a long distance away, it's possible to gain and expand territory independent of where the conquest began, giving many new avenues for attack. While it takes more time, monopolising all bases on the map makes taking the main base significantly easier. However, this isn't always easy, with some bases being deliberately placed away from the main objective; therefore, it isn't always expedient to control them all, just a majority.

Two unique bases exist: Pandoro Castle, being of the Grand Castle type; and Final Castle, which is seen in A SPECiAL TREa_t.
